Sound Bath
Be bathed in a healing and restorative sound bath. Experience the synergy and energetic effects of gentle movement, meditation and relaxation, culminating in a 60 minute blanket of sound.
A woven tapestry of sound waves created by using chant, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, and shruti which compliment the beautiful tones of gongs, working in harmony to soothe, balance and restore your energy.
